Great when she was actually singing.
Pluses: The voice still has Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Down memory lane, she took us and delivered a fun 90 minute show. With a much younger Trans-Siberian Orchestra roller skating around, extra points for showing the "Same Ole Love" video while Ms. Baker sang the song. Back to my roller skating days, it took me when I was loving that song and the video!
Minuses: About 40 minutes later than the stated time of 8 PM, the show started. So extensive that Ms. Baker's songbook is she can't sing everyone's favorites. But from the setlist, a lot of great songs were missing and some of them could have been included if the show had started on time. Instruct (and later berate) the sound engineer to the point where more than once she stopped when Ms. Baker was singing, I felt sorry for him/her. I couldn't tell the difference - the show sounded like a great singer in a casino theater. Singing along anyway, half the time the audience members were.
To fans, of which there were many, I would go again, and I'd recommend the show. Based on this show, though, not sure anyone new to Trans-Siberian Orchestra would become a fan.
